Getting started
Working out with other people helps you stay motivated and work harder than when alone. The fitness class is a good way of meeting people and gives you a chance to learn lots of new exercises that you can do at home.
The class
The fitness class will vary from week to week to help keep you motivated but the class format is similar. With circuit training YOU decide how hard you want to work and can adapt any exercise to suit your ability.
The course
The course runs in 5 week blocks (including half term) and there is a limit of 25 people to a course. In-between the courses there are usually some fit ball classes designed to exercise every muscle group using a fit ball.
